These residential gardens were part of a larger architectural renovation and addition by Nicholas.Budd.Dutton. The original garage in the rear and the driveway leading to it were demolished, replaced by gardens. A cut sandstone dining terrace was created with an integrated fountain and bench. The fountain is centered on the picture window from the new addition. A water rill on the back of the bench feeds the fountain from a basin designed to hold wine bottles and keep them cool.
